Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior accounting and CDK experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Direct customer and dealership contact for collections and reconciliation.
• Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash & Deposit Reconciliation: Post banking activity and reconcile deposits; maintain credit card receivable and cash clearing schedules.
• Receivables & Capping: Apply payments to clear balances and monitor aging; resolve discrepancies with dealership, accounting, and customers.
• Collections: Manage past-due accounts, contact customers/stores to secure payment, maintain collection notes.
• Credit & Documentation: Process credit override requests, check requests, and account write-offs with backup.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare aging/collections reports and communicate with stores on deposits and balances.
• Additional Duties: Support other projects as assigned.
