Parkway Family Auto in Rosharon, TX is seeking an Accounting Associate to support daily office operations, maintain accounts receivable records, and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping in a fast-paced dealership setting.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while working with team members and other departments. Automotive dealership experience is a plus, and a valid driver\'s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable records with timely postings.
• Monitor AR balances and assist with collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies.
• Prepare daily cash reports and assist with bank deposits.
• Apply payments to customer accounts and invoices.
• Communicate billing inquiries and payment discrepancies with customers and internal departments.
• Maintain organized financial records per dealership policies.
