Qualifications

• 4 years of related experience in a fast-paced, high-speed processing environment
• AA Degree or equivalent work experience
• Solid working knowledge of department policies, custody, security, compliance procedures and requirements
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and customer service orientation
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working cross-functionally to meet internal and external client needs
• Experience working independently to complete tasks
• Ability to use critical thinking to assess situations and recommend actions and decisions in a timely manner
• Strong written and oral communication and diplomacy skills
• Technical aptitude to learn and operate systems and equipment

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct distribution and processing activities to meet customer deadlines while achieving internal metrics
• Act as liaison between management and staff, communicating decisions and rationale
• Lead collaboration and interpersonal communication within a team
• Advise on operational challenges across multiple processes including machine issues and inventory
• Support quality program and audit readiness through documenting accuracy
• Monitor risk assessments to ensure compliance
• Evaluate machine utilization and coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Train staff on system equipment, hardware and software upgrades and compliance
• Seek opportunities for production, risk management and employee growth improvements
• Provide recommendations to management and manage historical reports
