Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Cash Operations Director to lead all cash management operations across multiple business lines. You will oversee posting, reconciliation, disbursement, and reporting of cash transactions while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls.

You will manage a high-performing team, establish metrics, and partner with Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and Technology to optimize cash processes and support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive cash management, treasury, mortgage servicing, or related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience overseeing supervisors/managers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cash management, banking operations, reconciliations, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily cash management operations across multiple lines of business.
• Ensure accurate posting, reconciliation, disbursement, and reporting of cash transactions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Establish department goals, metrics, and service level standards aligned with objectives.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with laws and investor guidelines.
