Job summary

Chase is seeking a Transactions Supervisor to lead a 16+ member team responsible for daily processing of document transactions and check/remittance extraction. You will coach the team, drive accuracy and productivity, and collaborate to improve processes using automation and AI concepts.

The role focuses on timely settlements, adherence to compliance, and delivering strong customer experiences, with a Monday–Friday schedule CST hours. Prior banking operations leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of banking industry business structure.
• Leadership experience with the ability to build and motivate teams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with relationship management.
• Process development and documentation skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of transaction specialists, ensuring efficient processing of transactions.
• Oversee title processing operations, set daily production goals, delegate work, and evaluate performance to maximize productivity and quality.
• Manage a team of 16+ employees, leading by example and coaching to improve quality and performance.
• Resolve complex issues by working with customers, dealers, vendors, municipalities, and other internal teams.
• Monitor work to ensure processing within service levels while meeting compliance and risk requirements.
• Identify and implement procedural changes using knowledge of AI and automation.
• Practice Lean Management & Operational System in daily team routines (huddles, boards, etc.).
• Deliver development plans and annual reviews for the team.
• Participate in projects to enhance operations and customer experience.
• Review data to identify procedural issues and assist junior team members.
