This 100% on-site role collaborates with Phoenix Cash Management to ensure Operations teams run efficiently and in compliance.

No banking experience is required; candidates with experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution are welcome.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related experience in a fast-paced, high-speed processing environment.
• AA Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Experience using key Fed systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Optimize staff resources, inventory, and machine utilization to meet deadlines.
• Serve as liaison between management and staff and communicate decisions.
• Collaborate in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Lead in researching and resolving operational challenges across processes.
• Contribute to a strong quality program and audit readiness.
• Monitor risk management requirements via risk assessments.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for equipment.
• Train staff on systems, upgrades, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for production and process improvements.
