• Advanced knowledge of comprehensive commercial payment solutions, including Cash Management Services, Business Credit Cards, and Merchant Services.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of banking experience or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships by identifying, assessing, recommending, and supporting cash management solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Manage an existing portfolio while proactively prospecting to develop new business opportunities among established bank customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with Business and Ag Banking to identify opportunities to grow deposits, deepen relationships, and deliver solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
