Qualifikationen

• Minimum Requirements include a post secondary degree and 7 years of direct Cash Management experience.
• 3 years of management experience and proven leadership in sales.
• Cash Management/treasury knowledge including payments and merchant services.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Cash Management Services team with strategic direction and coaching.
• Partner with Business Bankers and Market Presidents to drive deposit growth and fee income.
• Oversee the development and delivery of cash management solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Establish and monitor sales goals, pricing strategies and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance cash management products and training for bankers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
