Job summary

Cornerstone Bank is seeking a Cash Management Officer in Minot, ND to strengthen customer relationships by delivering cash management solutions. You will manage an existing portfolio, prospect new business among bank customers and prospects, and collaborate with Business and Ag Banking to grow deposits and deepen client relationships.

We seek a candidate with proven relationship management, deep knowledge of commercial payment solutions, and strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of banking experience or equivalent.
• Experience enabling development and management of cash management solutions.

What You’ll Do

The Cash Management Officer is responsible for developing and strengthening customer relationships by identifying, assessing, recommending, and supporting cash management solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives. This position manages an existing portfolio while proactively prospecting to develop new business opportunities among established bank customers and prospects. Working closely with Business and Ag Banking, the Cash Management Officer will identify opportunities to grow deposits, deepen relationships, strengthen customer retention, and deliver solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

• Proven relationship management and business development abilities
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of comprehensive commercial payment solutions, including Cash Management Services, Business Credit Cards, and Merchant Services
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of banking experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
