Minnwest Bank in Minnesota is seeking a Director of Cash Management Services to provide strategic leadership and oversee all cash management products for business clients. You will drive service excellence, coordinate with Operations and BIS, and work with Fiserv to optimize solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in cash management, strong sales leadership, and a post-secondary degree, with 3+ years in management.

Qualificações

• 7 years of direct Cash Management experience.
• Progressive leadership experience including 3 years of management.
• Sales leadership and business development skills.
• Cash Management/treasury expertise including ACH & Payments, merchant services.
• Ability to recognize and act on problems.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Strong numerical, verbal, reasoning and perception skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Cash Management Services team with strategic direction and coaching.
• Partner with Business Bankers and Market Presidents to drive deposit growth and fee income.
• Oversee development and delivery of cash management solutions for business clients.
• Establish and monitor sales goals, pricing strategies, profitability and performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance products and provide training to bankers and clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards; represent Minnwest through community relations.
