HomeGoods in the United States (Topeka store) is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will engage with customers, process purchases and returns, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

We value teamwork, reliability, and strong communication. You will help promote loyalty programs, assist with merchandising, and participate in safety and loss-prevention efforts while supporting the TJX family’s commitment to service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ring customer purchases and returns accurately according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain proper merchandising on the sales floor and prepare merchandise for display.
• Assist in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
