HomeGoods, a store under The TJX Companies, is seeking a team-oriented associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will engage with customers, process purchases, promote loyalty programs, and help keep the store clean and organized.

The role may involve cross-training in multiple areas to support the business needs. The position emphasizes excellent service, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing store priorities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding store standards.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and manage cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Follow labor laws and store policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
