Veritext is seeking a Finance - Cash Applications Associate in Livingston, NJ. The role focuses on accurately applying payments, posting cash receipts, and maintaining clear client communications.

You will collaborate across Veritext to meet financial targets, resolve payment inquiries, and ensure timely, accurate postings. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, strong MS Office and financial software skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Competenze

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software packages and applications.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately.

Mansioni

• Understand company targets and strive to meet and exceed.
• Accurately post cash receipts, discounts and adjustments to client accounts.
• Research duplicate payments, overpayments and unapplied cash and resolve.
• Reconcile receipt batches and ensure they balance with bank deposits.
• Enter Vision notes during or after calls and utilize Vision functions relevant to the role.
