Weichert Workforce Mobility is seeking a Cash Application Coordinator in Parsippany, NJ for a hybrid role with two office days per week. The Cash Application Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that cash receipts received from Weichert Workforce Mobility clients are reflected on the client’s account on a timely and accurate basis.

• Experience with cash application processes in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Windows and Internet.
• Working knowledge of AS400 and JDEdwards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure cash receipts from customers are applied/reflected in the customer account and accurately recorded.
• Research and analyze unapplied customer payments that require communication with corporate customers.
• Reconcile unapplied payments at month-end and direct the team in closing procedures.
• Maintain tracking file for monthly closing.
• Process checks for the inventory department related to carrying costs.
• Provide internal department support for daily receipts as requested.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
