Weichert Workforce Mobility in Parsippany, NJ is hiring a Cash Application Coordinator for a hybrid role with two in-office days. You will ensure cash receipts are accurately posted to client accounts and support daily receipts across departments.

The ideal candidate has cash application experience in high-volume settings, familiarity with foreign currency, and strong Excel/Office skills, plus solid communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous cash application experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Foreign currency experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Windows, and Internet.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cash receipts from customers are applied/reflected in the customer account and appropriately recorded.
• Research and analyze unapplied customer payments requiring communication with corporate customers.
• Reconcile unapplied payments at month-end and direct the team in following closing procedures.
• Maintain tracking file for monthly closing.
• Process checks for the inventory department relating to carrying costs.
• Provide internal department support for daily receipts.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
