Raymond West is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Cash Applications, to accurately process customer payments from multiple methods and keep records up to date. You will reconcile daily payments, apply funds to AR, and collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 3–6 years of accounts receivable or cash applications experience or equivalent
• Experience using ERP systems and electronic payment processing platforms

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily wire transfer and ACH reports for accurate posting
• Process daily lockbox files, bank deposits, and credit card activity
• Apply customer payments to AR records per procedures
• Research account information and payment history to resolve issues
• Provide backup support for Administrative tasks as needed
