Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Cash Applications to accurately process payments from multiple sources and reconcile daily activity. You will support AR processes, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams on projects and improvements.

Required are an associate degree in accounting or related field and 3–6 years of AR experience, with ERP proficiency. The role is on-site in Cypress, CA with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of accounts receivable, cash applications, accounting, or related financial experience or equivalent.
• Experience using ERP systems and electronic payment processing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily wire transfer and ACH payment reports.
• Process daily lockbox files, bank deposits, and credit card activity.
• Reconcile credit card payments and investigate discrepancies.
• Process live check payments using scanning equipment.
• Accurately apply customer payments to AR records.
• Research payment history and supporting records to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and documentation for departmental operations.
• Provide backup for Administrative Associate when needed.
• Maintain organized financial records and comply with policies.
