Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Cash Applications to accurately process and apply customer payments from wire transfers, ACH, lockbox, checks, and card payments. You will reconcile daily payment activity and support AR processes in a fast-paced office.

The role requires an associate degree in accounting and 3–6 years AR experience, proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–6 years of accounts receivable, cash applications, accounting, or related experience.
• Experience using ERP systems and electronic payment processing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily wire transfer and ACH payment reports for accurate posting.
• Process daily lockbox files, bank deposits, and card payment activity.
• Apply customer payments to AR records per procedures.
• Research payment history and resolve application discrepancies.
• Provide backup support for Administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain organized records per company policies.
