Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to join the Finance team in Illinois. You will process customer payments and help maintain accurate account records, ensuring timely postings and reconciling discrepancies.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and Word, and solid communication skills. On-site work, with competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
