Uline is seeking a Part-Time Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist in Waukegan, IL to ensure accurate posting of customer payments and maintain account integrity. This on-site role supports the North American finance team with precise data entry and timely reconciliations.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent attention to detail. Hours are 15–20 per week, with some flexibility on additional availability as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company!

Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week.

Required Availability: Monday and Friday; Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus.
