Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Addison, TX is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to join our Accounts Receivable team. You will apply all vendor payments in the system and help ensure accurate posting of checks, lockbox, credit card and ACH payments.

You will analyze AR payments, resolve discrepancies, reconcile accounts and support daily bank reconciliation. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to tie deposits to payments, contributing to timely cash application and clean

• Reconcile AR accounts and clear misapplied/unapplied payments
• Perform the daily bank match and reconciliation
• Tie deposits and bank activity to applied payments
