Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Staff Accountant in Havertown, PA. The role focuses on banking processes, AP/AR, and billing setup for new clients, with hands-on QuickBooks Online management. You will reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate financial data across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in accounting or finance, solid reconciliation skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while maintaining high accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, billing operations, or finance.
• Experience with ACH processing is preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred.
• Experience with TPA systems.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills.
• Ability to manage confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Process banking files with the company's bank
• Review, audit and execute Accounts Payable
• Setup billing process for new clients
• Review and manage the Accounts Receivable process on an ongoing basis
