Job summary

Kelly in Clearwater, FL, seeks a Cash Applications Analyst to ensure accurate posting of customer payments and resolve remittance issues. This hybrid, 12-month role blends finance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to keep accounts moving smoothly.

You will reconcile high-volume payments, investigate discrepancies, and support digital payment transitions while leveraging Excel and SAP AR/FSCM. A 3+ year background in cash applications or AR is preferred.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent university degree.
• Credit processing experience and strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data modeling.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; SAP AR/FSCM experience is strongly preferred.
• A great attitude, results-oriented approach, ability to influence, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Confidence working with large datasets and conducting detailed root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Post, reconcile, and balance high-volume customer payments across lockbox, wire, ACH, and digital payment platforms.

• Partner with Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, and Customer Care to resolve payment disputes.
• Support customer transitions from manual payment processes to more efficient digital options.
• Share knowledge and help support training for newer team members.

What You’ll Do

What you’ll bring

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent university degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant cash applications or Accounts Receivable experience; 5–8 years of commercial finance experience is preferred.
• Credit processing experience and strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data modeling.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; SAP AR/FSCM experience is strongly preferred.
• A great attitude, results-oriented approach, ability to influence, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Confidence working with large datasets and conducting detailed root-cause analysis.
