Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Denver, CO, is seeking a Case Supervisor to support practicum students pursuing BCBA certification and to gain hands-on clinical experience. You will work under supervision from a BCBA and participate in the Apex Program, designed to accelerate clinical readiness and professional growth.

This full-time hourly role offers supervision, structured development, and opportunities to advance to Lead Case Supervisor as you near testing eligibility, while building experience across

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in ABA or a related field that meets BCBA coursework requirements.
• Actively accruing practicum hours toward BCBA certification.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for client cases, with scope determined by center needs, clinical readiness, and program progress.
• Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming, supervision, family guidance, assessment, and other BCBA-aligned responsibilities.
• Update client goals and programming using Soar’s electronic data collection platform.
• Provide support and supervision to RBTs, with coaching and feedback from BCBAs.
• Participate in ESDM-specific trainings to grow your clinical skillset.
• Learn to develop Behavior Intervention Plans using approaches such as Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment.
