Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Colorado is seeking a Case Supervisor in an Apex program for practicum students progressing toward BCBA certification. The role is full-time and hourly, with paid hours and intentional supervision from a BCBA team.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in ESDM, family guidance, and interdisciplinary care, while building toward certification and potential advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment or recent completion of a Master’s program in ABA or related field.
• Must be actively accruing practicum hours toward BCBA certification.
• Ability to build rapport with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as case supervisor for client cases as center needs and program progress dictate.
• Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming, supervision, and assessments.
• Update client goals and programming in the data platform.
• Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Assist with Behavior Intervention Plans and BFBA-approved approaches.
• Support family treatment guidance meetings.
• Assist with assessments/reassessments and use tools like Vineland, QABF, FAST.
• Receive coaching from Local Clinical Trainer and other BCBAs.
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, OTs, Psychologists, and other care team members.
• Deliver direct client therapy as part of full-time role, balancing direct and unrestricted activities.
