Job summary

Soar Autism Center is offering a Lead Case Supervisor role designed for individuals pursuing BCBA certification. The program supports practicum hours, with paid supervised hours and a clear path toward a BCBA role upon successful completion of the BCBA exam.

The position is full-time and hourly, with a strong emphasis on hands-on supervision, client programming, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team in a growth-focused Apex Program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s in ABA.
• Within 400–600 practicum hours to be eligible for BCBA exam.
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Desire to learn, grow and accept feedback, including coaching RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using our data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans with PFA and SBT approaches.
• Receive training; coaching provided.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance using Soar’s curriculum.
• Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments.
• Receive coaching from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic.
• Be part of the integrated care team with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists.
• Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week) as needed.
