Job summary

Soar Autism Center’s Apex Program offers Case Supervisors who are pursuing BCBA certification paid hours, structured supervision, and hands-on clinical experience in Colorado. This role develops BCBA readiness and may lead to a Lead Case Supervisor promotion within six months of testing.

You will supervise 1–3 client cases, accrue unrestricted hours, learn ESDM, participate in trainings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while delivering direct client therapy on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in ABA or a related field that meets BCBA coursework requirements.
• Actively accruing practicum hours toward BCBA certification
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with children and families
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming, and clinical planning
• Emerging skills in coaching and supporting RBTs
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and receive feedback

• Interest in growing into a future BCBA role

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for client cases, with scope determined by center needs, clinical readiness, and program progress
• Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming, supervision, family guidance, assessment, and other BCBA-aligned responsibilities
• Update client goals and programming using Soar’s electronic data collection platform
• Provide support and supervision to RBTs, with coaching and feedback from BCBAs
• Participate in ESDM-specific trainings to grow your clinical skillset
• Learn to develop Behavior Intervention Plans using approaches such as Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment
• Support family treatment guidance meetings using Soar’s in-house curriculum
• Assist with assessments and reassessments for clients, including exposure to tools such as the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and ESDM Curriculum Checklist
• Receive coaching and feedback from your Local Clinical Trainer, Partner Clinician, and other BCBAs in your clinic
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and other members of the integrated care team
• Provide direct client therapy as part of your full-time role, with the weekly mix of direct therapy and unrestricted activities determined by center needs and program progress
