Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Westminster, CO is seeking a Case Supervisor who is actively completing BCBA practicum hours. The role offers paid experience, structured supervision, and opportunities to build clinical readiness while pursuing BCBA certification.

As part of the Apex Program, you will learn through hands-on practice, receive coaching, and may advance toward Lead Case Supervisor as you near testing. Full-time, on-site work with growth within Soar.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in ABA or a related field that meets BCBA coursework requirements.
• Actively accruing practicum hours toward BCBA certification.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization and clinical planning.
• Emerging skills in coaching and supporting RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for client cases as directed by center needs.
• Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming, supervision, and related duties.
• Update client goals using Soar’s data platform.
• Provide supervision to RBTs with feedback from BCBAs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
