Job summary

The Soar Autism Center in Colorado is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor to support practicum students pursuing BCBA hours. This full-time, hourly role includes supervising RBTs, managing 3-5 client cases, and delivering direct therapy as needed.

The position is designed for candidates within 6-9 months of BCBA testing, with the Apex Program offering enhanced training, study materials, and a clear path to a BCBA role after exam success. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Within ~400-600 practicum hours of eligibility for BCBA exam.
• Demonstrates rapport-building with families and client programming skills.
• Open to feedback and ongoing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases with paid unrestricted hours.
• Update client goals and programming in the EDP/data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings and write BIPs using PFA and SBT.
• Receive coaching from BCBA leadership and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Conduct direct client therapy 10-20 hours per week as needed.
