Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Case Supervisor to guide practicum students toward BCBA eligibility while earning paid hours and receiving structured supervision. You will work in a vibrant clinic, participate in Apex program learning, and gain hands-on experience across ESDM, family guidance, evaluations, and treatment planning.

As part of the Apex pathway, you’ll collaborate with BCBAs and therapists, supervise RBTs, and pursue growth toward a Lead Case Supervisor role within six months of

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s in ABA or related field that meets BCBA coursework requirements.
• Active practicum hours toward BCBA certification.
• Ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming, and clinical planning.
• Emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as case supervisor for client cases as determined by center needs.
• Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming, supervision, and related duties.
• Update client goals and programming using Soar’s electronic data platform.
• Provide support and supervision to RBTs with feedback from BCBAs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skillset.
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans using approaches like PFI and SBA.
• Support family guidance meetings using Soar’s curriculum.
• Assist with assessments and reassessments including Vineland, QABF, FAST, and ESDM Checklist.
