Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Case Screening Technician to ensure case materials are complete, accurate, and scheduled per contract requirements. This role supports the Application Ingestion team within the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) under the Defense and Intel Operating Group.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year in government contracting or admin work, ability to type 40 WPM, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of government contracting or administrative experience.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Clear written and oral communication with team members.
• Ability to interpret manuals, emails and instructions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be flexible with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review case materials from government agencies for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze material to ensure it meets case coverage requirements.
• Contact agencies to obtain missing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter case and subject data into multiple systems to schedule investigations.
• Process and sort receipts, track documents, and match them to cases.
• Maintain quality and production standards in screening and scheduling.
• Assist with additional assignments to support department or contract needs.
