Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Security Specialist to process and coordinate security reporting, investigations, PII violations, and related functions for the Case Processing Operation Center within the ISPS Division. The role is based on-site in Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA, with potential remote work per manager approval.

The candidate will handle CAC card processing, annual DoD training coordination, and maintenance of security records, requiring US citizenship and the ability to pass a government

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to plan, organize and complete multiple assignments timely and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Confidentiality.
• Thorough attention to detail.
• Effectively communicate with team members both written and verbal.
• US Citizenship, due to contract requirement.
• Must pass a government background investigation.
• On-site work in Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA (remote work possible with manager approval).

Responsibilities

• Process investigations with proper notifications, tracking and scheduling.
• Assist applicants/employees in completing the E-Qip process.
• Track and process all reporting notifications per contractual requirements.
• Assist in tracking annual DoD security training courses.
• Request and process CAC cards including sponsorships, enrollments, activations, and separations.
• Maintain and update databases and/or Excel spreadsheets.
• Process and track all PII loss reporting.
• Assist in security related trainings.
• Request access for position changes and new hires via SAAR forms.
• Process all facility access forms for new hires, separations, or employees on leave.
