Job summary

CoreCivic in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Supervisor, Case Processing to lead case processing staff and manage administrative support for ICE's immigration mission. The role oversees docket management, records, data entry, and removal documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.

You will train staff, set schedules, monitor performance, and coordinate with ICE headquarters and field offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science, or related field.
Three years of experience in criminal justice, corrections, or related field.
One year supervisory experience or one year as a Case Processing Specialist.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervises case processing staff, trains new employees, provides guidance, and schedules subordinates.
Implements quality control to ensure compliant case management and maintains accreditation standards.
Conducts internal reviews and audits for accuracy and timeliness of document preparation and case files.
Directs and coordinates diverse functions with ICE operations and supports detention standards.
Interacts with ICE headquarters, field staff, and other DHS/DOJ officials; liaises with third-party providers.
Participates in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding; makes recommendations on personnel matters.
Leads team meetings, case strategy sessions, and maintains clear communication with staff and stakeholders.
Communicates effectively with administration, detainees, and officials; may provide testimony in court.
