Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science, or related field.
• One year of experience in criminal justice, corrections, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides case processing and administrative support to ICE's mission, including records management and document preparation.
• Enters case data into ICE systems with accuracy and data integrity.
• Retrieves and organizes court records and supporting materials for ICE review.
• Assists ICE legal representatives with criminal history checks and documentation.
• Prepares, reviews, and manages case files; coordinates with EOIR/USCIS for hearings.
• Maintains up-to-date case status records, schedules, and dashboards.
• Coordinates with ICE officers to facilitate interviews, hearings, and removals.
• Ensures paperwork for stays, OSUP, OR, and bond is complete and accurate.
