Job summary

CoreCivic in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Supervisor, Case Processing to lead ICE case processing and administrative support. The role oversees staff, schedules, and priorities to ensure timely docket management, data entry, and records handling in alignment with ICE missions.

The incumbent will supervise a team, implement quality controls, and coordinate with ICE and DHS partners while staying current on immigration regulations. Travel within the United States may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science, or a related field is required.
• Three years of experience in criminal justice, corrections, or a related field is required.
• One year of supervisory experience or one year as a Case Processing Specialist is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises case processing staff in the performance of their duties, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Implements and monitors quality control measures for accurate case management and records.
• Directs and coordinates diverse functions in coordination with ICE operations and detention standards.
• Interfaces with ICE headquarters and field staff, DHS and DOJ officials, and third-party providers.
• Conducts team meetings and evaluates staff performance.
