Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Supervisor, Case Processing to oversee ICE case processing and provide administrative support. The role manages staff on assigned shift, prioritizes caseloads, and ensures timely completion of tasks in line with agency requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science or related field, 3 years in criminal justice or corrections, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Three years of experience in criminal justice, corrections, or a related field.
• One year of supervisory experience or one year as a Case Processing Specialist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises case processing staff and schedules shifts.
• Ensures accuracy and compliance of case management and records.
• Liaises with ICE staff and other DHS/DoJ officials.
• Participates in recruitment, hiring and onboarding.
