Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Supervisor, Case Processing to oversee ICE case handling and support staff on shift. You will manage caseloads, ensure timely completion, and align administrative functions with ICE operations.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with federal officials. Domestic U.S. travel may be required as part of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social/Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in criminal justice or related field.
• At least one year supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise case processing staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality control and maintain accreditation standards.
• Review case files and ICE records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with ICE officials and other DHS entities.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain clear communication with staff and stakeholders.
• Travel within the U.S. may be required.
