Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Supervisor, Case Processing to oversee ICE case processing, docket management, data entry, and records management. This leadership role manages shift staffing, ensures timely task completion, and aligns administrative support with ICE’s mission.

You will supervise staff, train new employees, monitor quality control, and coordinate with ICE and DHS officials. Domestic travel may be required; bilingual skills are preferred to support diverse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science, or related field required.
• Three years of experience in criminal justice, corrections, or related field required.
• One year of supervisory experience or one year as a Case Processing Specialist required.
• Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills required.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises case processing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices; trains new employees and handles disciplinary actions.
• Implements and monitors quality control to ensure accurate case management and records.
• Directs and coordinates execution of diverse and complex functions with ICE operations and detention standards.
• Maintains relationships with ICE headquarters and field staff, other DHS/DOJ officials, and service providers.
• Participates in recruitment, hiring and onboarding; makes recommendations on personnel matters.
• Facilitates team meetings and case strategy sessions; maintains clear communication with staff and stakeholders.
• Communicates effectively with administration, staff, detainees, federal officials, and the public; provides testimony when required.
