Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, human services, psychology, public administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of child welfare experience; LMSW or LCSW preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of up to 6 staff including case planners, behavior specialists, case associates, and parent advocates.
• Ensures permanency planning activities are timely and identify needs, providing or accessing a full range of clinical and concrete services.
• Assists supervisees in prioritizing workloads.
• Ensures staff meet ACS and NAC mandates and paperwork requirements.
• Attends Family Team Conferences, Service Plan Reviews, and Case Reviews.
• Prepares case planners for court proceedings and testifies when needed.
• Works collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team model.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Rotating 24-hour on-call duty and Saturday office coverage.
