Qualifications

• Foster Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the organization's Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure policy alignment.
• Collaborate with therapists, education specialists, and social workers in foster care program.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10 children with varied mental health needs.
• Provide intensive casework and fieldwork to support permanency for children and families.
• Connect children and families with agency and community treatment resources.
• Utilize CONNECTIONS, the child welfare computer system.
• Coordinate Family Team Conferences.
• Participate in case consultations and maintain written case records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
