Job summary

A local community service organization in New York City is seeking a full-time Case Planner to provide support to families through foster care solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling and experience in advocacy and client management. Qualifications

• 2 years of applicable experience in social work or related fields required.
• Experience working with fathers preferred.
• Must obtain State Central Registry and criminal history clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and confidentiality.
• Assist clients in completing CAMBA intake applications.
• Conduct risk assessments of clients and families.
• Document client contact via progress notes.
• Participate in regular supervision and staff meetings.
