Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a legal or administrative support role, preferably Workers’ Compensation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in Workers’ Comp is highly preferred; Needles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Filing and maintaining case files and records.
• Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
• Scheduling appointments and depositions.
• Preparing and submitting legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Assisting attorneys and paralegals with trial preparation.
• Managing client billing and payments.
• Maintaining and updating case management software.
