Job summary

DM Injury Law, LLC is seeking a Case Manager to support attorneys in handling workers’ compensation claims from intake to resolution. You will organize files, gather medical and employment records, and communicate with clients and insurance adjusters to keep cases moving forward.

This role favors organized, detail-oriented candidates with experience in workers’ compensation or case management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to client support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in workers’ compensation or case management preferred.
• Familiarity with workers’ compensation process and medical records is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Understanding of HIPAA and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution.
• Gather and review medical records, wage information, and employment documents.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files in the firm’s system.
• Serve as a main point of contact for clients, providing updates and support.
• Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters.
• Track case progress and manage deadlines.
• Draft routine correspondence and case documents.
• Assist attorneys with preparing for hearings, mediations, and settlements.
