Law-Offices-of-Bob-Nehora is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager or Senior Case Manager with workers’ compensation law experience. The role supports attorneys and staff, handling a caseload from intake to resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing files, communicating with clients, providers, insurers and attorneys, tracking deadlines, organizing medical records, and maintaining notes.

Job Title: Workers’ Compensation Case Manager - MUST HAVE WORKERS' COMPENSATION EXPERIENCE IN A LAW OFFICE

We have an opening for a Case Manager, or Senior Case Manager based on experience in workers' compensation law.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in building and shaping a department from the ground up.

Position Overview

The Case Manager will work directly with attorneys and staff to manage a caseload of workers’ compensation files from intake through resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with case management software is a plus
