Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs work activities of staff; provides training and coaching.
• Reviews cases, assigns to staff, and monitors PCP/ISP plans.
• Drives to member homes/sites for observations and planning meetings.
• Reviews budgets, prepares reports, and handles special projects.
