Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Nashville is seeking a Case Manager in Training to support the legal team and manage daily operations. The role involves organizing files, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to multi-task. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred, with familiarity in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in the legal field a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred).
• Great written and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist case managers and attorneys with organizing, filing, and maintaining client files (100+ cases).
• Collect check requests for medical records, accident reports, driving records, and vehicle ownership as requested and submit for processing.
• Copy documents and demand packages as requested.
• Prepare and mail turndowns, no representation letters, contracts, and multi-party letters.
• Perform general office duties such as typing and sorting mail.
• Create new and existing client folders and manage files.
• Send out demand letters and related correspondence.
• Support the legal team and office operations as needed.
