Job summary

Franklin County Board of Commissioners seeks a Case Manager Supervisor to lead a unit of case managers and support staff in delivering compliant, customer‑focused services. You will oversee eligibility determinations for financial, medical, food assistance, and other programs while ensuring accuracy and adherence to Federal, state, and local rules.

You will train staff, interpret agency policies, and maintain performance through regular supervision, coaching, and discipline as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, social work administration, or related field with three (3) years of social work or related experience.
• Experience supervis­ing staff and coordinating work within a unit.
• Ability to interpret and apply agency policies, regulations, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to a unit of case managers and customer support staff.
• Assure effective customer service and accurate eligibility determinations for services.
• Conduct regular unit meetings and provide ongoing training on policies and procedures.
