Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major in social work or closely related field.
• Three years of experience with persons with developmental disabilities/related condition, mental health and/or aging population.
• Desirable: QDDP/QIDP certification and social work licensure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, support and evaluate staff.
• Maintains/billing goals for their case load and team.
• Ensure quality, person-centered services for individuals served.
• Provide supervision, direction, training and support to staff.
• Coordinate program services with other aspects of the service system.
• Participate, attend and/or chair committees, teams or focus groups as needed.
• Work harmoniously with employees, supervisors, vendors and clients.
