Mount Olivet Rolling Acres in Little Canada, MN, seeks a Case Manager Supervisor to oversee the Case Management department for adults, seniors and children with developmental disabilities. The role includes daily supervision, staff training, and handling a partial case load with contracted case management services.

Qualifications

• Experience in developmental disabilities (DD) services is preferred.
• Experience supervising and training staff is required.
• Contracted case management experience is a plus.

Responsible for the overall management and functioning of multiple case managers. Responsible for daily supervision and training staff. In addition to providing contracted case management services to a partial case load. DD experience.

Mount Olivet Rolling Acres – MORA – is a diverse and inclusive nonprofit that has supported adults, seniors and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs as well as age-related and chronic medical conditions for over 50 years in the Twin Cities metro. Due to continued growth in our Case Management department, we are seeking a Case Manager Supervisor for clients in our office location in Little Canada.

An array of services: Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a Discover Summer Daytime Programming for Youth with Disabilities. Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children.

Schedule and Salary

Schedule: 40 hours, M-F daytime/business hours.

Annual Salary: $70,800 annual salary, DOQ. Plus a strong benefit package
