Job summary

Attain Behavioral Health in Toledo, OH is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee licensed and non‑licensed clinicians. The role focuses on weekly supervision, case conceptualization, and adherence to OhioMHAS/Medicaid standards.

You will support staff development, ensure timely documentation, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to maintain program fidelity and client safety. This position requires an active Ohio license with supervisory designation and 2+ years of clinical leadership

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Ohio licensure: LPC/LCSW/MSW/LPCC/LISW with Supervisory designation (-S) required.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in behavioral health or related setting.
• Experience providing supervision or leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of OhioMHAS/Medicaid documentation standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical writing and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to assigned staff, interns, and non-licensed clinicians.
• Assist with staff development and clinical schedule planning.
• Review and sign off on documentation for supervisees as required by licensure.
• Support case conceptualization, treatment planning, and diagnostic formulation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist with 90-day and annual performance reviews and staff progression.
• Ensure compliance with policy, procedure, and regulatory requirements.
